Customer satisfaction is important to us. Because all of our products are made to order, we have a limited return policy.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. If there is a quality issue with your item or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or preference-based returns. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts, fit descriptions, and product details before placing an order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@adventurethreadscompany.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the problem.

Return Process

All returns or replacements must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If a return or replacement is approved due to a quality issue or error on our part, we will provide instructions on next steps. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
